ESIP Federation Winter Meeting
DEVELOP chaired a special session at the ESIP Federation Winter Meeting in Washington DC, January 6-8th. Dr. Kenton Ross, Mike Bender, and Nathan Owen led the session titled "Geoinformatics User Training: Direct Access, Live Access, Subsetting, On-line Analysis, Formats, and Conversions."
95th AMS Annual Meeting
DEVELOP participated in the American Meteorological Society's Annual Meeting in Phoenix, AZ, January 4-9th. Lance Watkins (DEVELOP NCDC) and Mark Barker (DEVELOP JPL) each gave an oral presentation of recent project results from their respective nodes. Great job Lance and Mark!
AGU Fall Meeting
DEVELOP participated in the American Geophysical Union Fall Meeting in San Francisco, CA, December 15-19th. DEVELOPers gave three oral talks, seven poster talks, one NASA booth talk, and two Ignite@AGU talks. DEVELOP also had a recruiting table in the Geoscience Professionals Showcase. Great job all!
